Hello everyone! My name is Kevin and I just joined. My goal is to get shredded in the next two months to be ready for summer. I am 5 11' and 165 pounds. I recently got my body fat % measured using an extremely accurate device called the bod pod. I have about 20% body fat, which is around 34 pounds which I thought was crazy because I have a pretty flat stomach and a skinny frame. However, most of the fat resides in my thighs. My workouts are going to be hell but I'm willing to suffer to reach my goal. 6 days a week of an hour of cardio/weights. My diet looks like this- I need about 2800 calories a day. I will cut it by 800 a day-just enough not to slow my metabolism, and will go on a high protein/fat diet.Also, I drink green tea and am taking CLA. Wish me luck!
