I'm a Junior in college and want to start working out.
I'm about 6'0 and 150 but not much muscle.
I plan to work out 6 days a week.
What supplements should I take? I want to gain muscle and lose the little fat I have. Any suggestions would be great.
You're 6ft and 150. EAT!!! Pick up a decent multivitamin and some fish oil - those are the only supplements you need. Other than that, EAT.
