I am giving up soda and cafinee to try and reach my weight loss goal. I tried just switching to water- but I am getting terrible headaches and having a hard time having the energy to make it through the day. I amnot a big coffee drinker. Any other suggestions on how to get my caffinee fix without all the extra calories?

The headaches will go away. Caffiene is a drug and you are suffering withdrawals, I have been there. You should also look at your diet, and include fruits and vegies, the natural sugars and fibre in them will help with the energy levels and the felling of fullness.

True... the headaches will go away.
Make sure you are drinking enough water, too.

If you don't want to give-up caffeine, why not try diet soda? No calories, but the caffeine is still there. Oh and YES to lots of water.

I gave up all soda's bout 6 months ago. yes the headaches suck. but they'll go away. I get these Xing green teas every once in a while. A little natural occuring caffein and no carbonation.
