I just have one question. Does anyone know how i can add weight to my abdominal program that the freetrainers.com gave me to do cause they don't say to use the machine but then have the weight to be entered in the chart so i'm kinda confused as to how i can do that and that is for all the three different abs workouts the upper lower and oblique
If you don't plan to use any weights, just enter 0. Remember however, that if you train your abs using weights, they are just like any other muscle group...they will get bigger and more muscular.
