Hey guys! I'm new here...clearly =) I have been struggling with my weight for the last two years. I'm trying to lose around 65 lbs. I could use some advice. Diet pills? Supplements? Diet suggestions you have seen work? I am tired of feeling discouraged and would appreciate any advice. Or even just some support on the issue. Thank you very much!

hey I am new here too but this site has already been alot of help. I have about 50lbs to lose and started this week with healthier food and excersize. Im not a big fan of pills or any quick fix stuff cuz it doesnt last and when you gain the weight back you feel very discouraged to do it again. this is the second time i will lose this weight but not cuz i tried a quick fix just being lazy i guess lol. im not a pro but i truely believe that old fashioned more excersize better food choices are the best. feel free to chat at me to let me know how you are doing and i will do the same. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
Proper nutrition and working out......as you read thru the posts on here, its all up to you.....Get the right mind frame and you will get there...It will take time but will be worth it!!!!!! Good luck and get started....
