I'm trying to get into working out, but my discipline hasn't had the greatest track record, so I'm hoping that this site will help me stick to a schedule, and actually commit to losing weight, and sticking with a healthy lifestyle. Of course, as I write this, I'm eating a burger from Burger King...But that really just proves my point, right?

I promise you this. If you will get in some weight training (alternating upper and lower body work days) and get some cardio, even 30 minutes 3-4 times a week, within a month, you will see and especially FEEL enough difference to motivate you to stick with it. It's so cool to feel in control of my "want to" regarding bettering my body. Weights made the big difference for me. Just give 100% for 30 days. I'll bet you'll be hooked b/c of how your body will respond in that period of time.
