I wanted to let all of you know that it is working!!! I'm so happy! I have been working out for almost two weeks. The first week I didn't know about this site and just did some stuff on my own but the second week i followed the at home workout and did some yoga on the days in between. 13 days of trying to become fit again and I've lost 6lbs. 186 to 180 YIPPIE almost to the 170's Thanks all of you who helped me to get threw the toughest part. Getting started!!!
