Hi all. I just joined. just found this site yesterday when I was looking for expercise routines. Here's a bit about me
Been married 10 years, have a 4 year old daughter. I'm 32. weigh in at 165 pounds now. I was 210 just a couple of years ago. About 3 months ago my wife and I joined a gym and it has helped getting us in shape. I lost the weight before joining the gym, but wasn't in good shape. but now I'm getting better. I go and do muscle training in the mornings monday thru friday before work. and my wife and I hit most the classes at night. My main goal is to get back up to about 175 with just muscle. My body fat is 6.7%. Least thats what they told me at the gym. I don't wanna be big. just lean muscles so I'll be asking alot of questions about how to acheive that. I'm glad I found this site.
6.7%! That's super lean! I think someone has mis-estimated your body fat if you don't look really lean right now.

they used one of those machines that you hold on too and it gives you the body fat percentage. NOt sure how accurate it is, never had that done before. I want to get it re-checked by someone else. I am pretty lean though.
