i've noticed a lot of you list small amounts of lean protein such as poultry or fish in your diets and i was just curious as to how you prepare them when you're on a cutting plan. i would think that things like marinades and such are out of the question, but do you eat them totally plain?

I like mine BBQ'd. I eat my chicken and steak plain or with a tiny amount of sauce for dipping, fish sprinkled with a little lemon pepper salt, and tuna mixed with about a tablespoon of fat free miracle whip.
I usually BBQ or use a contact(Foreman) grill.

If I can't grill (bbq) I usually roast meats, or poach the fish. I have to help the tuna with either lemon juice or salsa.
