I am currently 5'9" 220 and I want to be at least 190 by the 4th of July and I want to lose another 15 lbs by mid august. I know it's a little high of a goal, but at my starting weight it's not horribly unhealthy. I was curious if I should do more cardio or weight training in order to get to my goal?
I eat really well and I always have, I am just getting over a knee injury and getting active again. I gained those 30lbs in like 5 months, and I am desperate to loose it!!!!! Any advice?
mostly you need to watch what you eat...and be a bit more realistic. Its got to be a life long commitment or you will just yoyo back and forth. Start slowly and be carefull you dont become burnt-out. Replace the desperation with good old fasioned determination.
