I have a vacation coming up, and I want to look good when I go. I have been walking 1 mile a day along with my ft workout, and some dancing. Is it safe fo me to lower my needed calories from 2300 to 1800 in order to get the wanted results? Also, what other things can I do to get rid of belly fat?
I'd say drop to 2000 first, and see what happens in a week. If not, try 1800. I wouldn't go much lower than that. You could also try reducing your carbs, and bringing up your calories from protein to compensate for it.
