I started my ft fitness plan 2 weeks ago and realized that everything I had been doing the last couple of years was just too easy, none of it was challenging my muscles. Since starting here, I have enjoyed having the burn back in my workout and have lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. I had been on a steady upward movement until starting here. Thank you to ft for putting me back on the right track. :big_smile::love:
