I go to a gym that has classes that simulates a boxers/fighters training and mainly focuses on strength training. I take 3 of these classes a week but I am also looking to build mass on the other 2 days of the week. Any suggestions on what I can incorporate in those two days to build mass without over-training?
I would think that those classes focus on endurance, not strength training. Do you lift any weights during the classes? Try hitting the weights on those off days with a two-day training split that lets you do half of your muscle groups one day, and the other half on the next.
