Hi, mods...
I specified legs and butt to tone and my exercise plan focuses on upper body. What's the deal?

It's because you should be working on your whole body, not just the legs and butt. You'll shed far more weight and get leaner all over. Not to mention that spot reducing(just focusing on one area like abs for example) is a total farce to begin with.
Or is it just not giving you a leg routine at all?
