Hello guys!!

I have been hearing lately about acai berry that boosts your metabolism and makes u really lean. Is this true???

Also I heard that green tea promotes fat loss. What u guys think?

My opinion is that you need to see how far you can go without those kinds of supplements. Your body adapts very quickly to "fat burner" types of supps so if you're considering them, use them as a way to get past a plateau.
And always remember that the word is "supplement" and not "substitute". Clean diet and exercise will always get you further than bottles full of pills.
