	2009/06/01, 12:04 PM OK I saw it. It wasn't bullshit. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut now and then. The law of averages says Fox can't be wrong every time. I should give up bubble gum but I can't. Kidding... but I did find myself looking at the ad the other day.. even though I KNOW it won't work.. it STILL lures me in!!

I've never done one, but apparently if one has a lot of abdominal fat or a bulging belly it's a build up of crap in the colon. Flushing that out will make one thinner. At least, that's what I've heard.

The Washington Post did a story on them a few months back and said they were pure snake oil. I don't know personally.
