35 year old male, looking to shed the love handles and strengthen and chisel the abs...what are some people doing that seems to work...by the way I hate to run but think I will have to.
Conscious dieting and exercise for those abs. You don'y gotta run, there's a zillion different things you can do to get your heart rate up without running. Anything physical burns calories, running just does it pretty quickly.
