Trying to go from Skinny to well toned

Hey guys im 18 turning 19 and i weight 138 lbs.. Im tired of looking skinny i want to gain weight. So im starting to work out i have been working out for 3 weeks with little results. I want to gain 30-40 lbs. I have no experience when it comes to working out. But i think its time i give it a go. Anyone have any pointers?

get a free strength training routine from this site, and don't be afraid of those heavier weights! And NO you won't end up looking like a member of the German Women's swim team!

hows it going mistabigz, i just joined. i weight 130 pounds and have similar goals to you. I think this websites really good and has many varities of exercises for each muscle, neways gd luck !!!
