Hey!
I'm new, My names Ella. I'm 16 (Yes, probabaly alot younger than most of you :P)
I weigh around 140 pounds, so I am in desperate need to lose weight and tone up.
My Summer holidays have just started, and I would love to lose around 30 pounds over the month and a half I have off.
I plan to cycle the 2 miles to the gym, hopefully around 5 times a week, and do maybe an hour of cardio. Then, do home excersises at my house :)
I'm be greatful for support and tips :)
