I have always been a big eater, avoid breakfest, big lunches and dinner. My diet has always been a problem. I do tech support so I sit infront of a computer for 9-12 hours a day 6 days a week, what would be a good idea for a healthy diet plan which will promote matablism and also weight lose without being to "starve" throughout the day.

Hey Mike, Welcome aboard. My first suggestion is to start eating a healthy breakfast. By doing so you will find that you do not need as much food at lunch. Your body is probably starving by the time lunch roles around. Also, if possible try to take your lunch with you from home, take out is asking for trouble. Incorporate whole grain breads and pastas, fruit and vegies as these will make you feel fuller longer. Good luck.
