Thankyou for all the responses to my first post. A couple moderators calls this dumb and says it won't work. To you two guys I laugh and say I'm built for this. My diet will consist mostly of meat, vegatables, and eggs. I will be taking NO2 platinum, a suplement that can be found at any vitamin store. I will also be taking vitamin B12 for energy during workouts which will be 5 days a week. My workout routine will average an 1 1/2 hours per day. Day 1 here we go. Weighed in at 223. Pics coming soon!!!

once you stop this insanely unhealthy way to lose weight also keep us posted on how long it takes to gain it all back as you will.
You are trying every fad in the book all at once. Just try not to end up in the hospital.

Yeah....good luck with that. If you make this goal, you know it's not all going to be body fat. And why the supplement?

I wont end up in the hospital, matter fact i havent even been sick since high school, and im 24. And thats cause I dont take pills im more of a Herb person that always helps instead of some meds a doctor gives you. Dont get me wrong tho i have A 1 insurence just dont use it, for emergencies only. And the supliments are going to help me build lean muscles with the lack of carbs. oh and your a hater i see why your mad-mama cheer up and wait till day 7 to hate at least

Freetrainers tries to promote a healthy way to weight loss. Nobody is hating on you or your choice method of fat loss. We are recommending a better, healthier way. It didn't go on in 14 days, and it won't come off (healthy) in 14 days. It's a short term fix to a long term problem.
Once you reintroduce the carbs back in and eat normally, you may gain it all back.
I'm going to watch this and see how it goes, particularly the following 14 days.

Seriously? How do you expect build muscle on a restricted calorie diet(which is how you diet to burn body fat)? I'm sorry if that comes-off as hating but for a guy that's built the way you are(above average muscular physique) just about everything you've said on here is against the general principles of fitness.
At any rate good luck with what you're doing.

I am actually a very happy person. I changed my lifestyle 6 years ago, at that time I came to the realization that fads and quick fixes don't work. I work out 4 times a week, watch what I eat, eat proper portions and hope to continue to improve me for the better. (And I allow myself a cheat day every week). I know that I have inspired others to do the same.
P.S. I am mother and the mad part is made up of my name. So people also thing I am just a little crazy - That kind of mad.

Question?
Since when do supplements replace carbs to build lean muscles?
