I want to be loosing a lil bit of weight a day and i am finding it hard i go swimming for an hour 3 times a week at least and i eat healthly what else can i do!!!!!!
You may eat healthy foods, but are you eating too many calories at the end of the day? Diet is always the deciding factor. Do a google search of "metabolic rate calculator" to figure out a baseline for daily calorie consumption. Don't use the one on this site, it's severely broken.
