I am starting CEE this week and I am actually trying to cut about five-ten pounds. I have never taken CEE before, but creatine monohydrate does wonders for me. I am trying to eliminate some of the water bloating this time--worth a shot.

My question is how will playing a ton of basketball and cycling--which results in very excessive sweating for me--affect the CEE supplementation? I drink plenty of water.

studies have shown there are NO adverse side effects to creatine and as long as you stay hydrated you should be fine, and this shouldn't be a problem considering creatine causes the body to retain water and usually causes bloating
