Hi my name is Jeremy. I weigh 150 would like to weigh aroun 165. Im 19 yrs old and love to workout. My dad is a personal fitness trainer in the military but is working with other people so much that he doesn't have time to workout with me any more, but he has still taught me a thing or two. My biggest problem is lower body, I know it is so important but i hate lower body days!!!!! I would love to find some one to talk to about lifting on here to keep me motivated if your interested. I find it is always better to talk about working out with someone it make you feel good about your accomplishments all over again.
