I am 20yrs, male, 218lbs, about 50lbs from where i want to be. I dont need lectures but please let me know if i will get results by drinking like a fruit smoothie for breakfast or healthy cereal, slim fast for lunch, and like fish and rice for dinner and working out twice a day for about 40 min, and i ride a bike to work, i just want to start by losing weight fast and i will switch up to a healthy program in a few months??
