I am 24 years,5feet7.5inches and weigh 132 pounds.
An year back I used to weigh 176 pounds and by daily walking for some months,then by controlling diet and later by weight training I did loose weight at a decent pace.
But from the time I was 143 kilos,I found it really difficult to loose weight and by pressing on I managed to loose 11 more pounds kilos.
I want to loose 5-10 more pounds and it just refuses to lower any further.I heard people say you got to vary exercise but I dont got to gym or any sports club as I am not working and so I resort to walking around the park(as is the only option available) and doing home exercises.
Running is heavy on my knees and I dont enjoy it.My caoric intake is around 1500-1700 daily.
Now can anyone please suggest me a way to break from this plateau and how to loose those 10 more pounds?
