This excersize is on my routine however there are no pictures or descriptions of how to perform this. Can someone help me out thanks.
Oh and I have since decided not to cancel my membership, just changed some of my lifestyle around so that I will have time. Yay! Excited about the weightloss I have achieved so far as a free member and looking forward to what maybe possible now.

I think there is an error in the name, as the closest thing I can think of would be seated twists, which are usually done seated with a side to side motion using various resistance from air pressure.

Like Caravan said, I only know seated twists. I do them with a dumbell or medicine ball. Sit up position feet aren't touching floor, touch the ball on outside of knee then twist and touch ball on outside of opposite knee without putting feet down. Works the Abs.
