HI-

I have been working out my arms for about 6 weeks, and I went waterskiing last weekend and now they are killing me.
It has been 3 days. Should I work out today? Should I use a lighter weight? Less reps? It hurts only slightly to do one curl. I hate to loose ground and go backwards in my training. This is my problem: Most of the pain is delayed, so its difficult to judge. Also does anyone suggestion a supplement for quicker recovery?

thanks

How's your protein uptake looking? The pain should subside after awhile. I had similar thing happen to me after engaging in a charity tug of war last year.

It should subside after 3 days. But like plex said feed on protein.
Build up your core muscles also so your arms and legs don't take the beating.

Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.

Make sure you are getting enough sleep as well.
