I'm due to start my exercise program on Monday, and I'm sitting here writing down my routine for the week. The first exercise listed for Monday is Lunges. The question is... would one rep = one leg or would one rep = both legs?
In other words, which scenerio would be correct.
A.) I lunge with my left foot and count that as one rep.
B.) I lunge with my left foot, then I lunge with my right and count that as one rep.
