jeez oh, first work out of my home training plan, having done no exercise for around 15 years or so, i am feeling the first part of the saying "no pain, no gain", hopefully the second part of the saying will come soon, the "gain" part, but in saying that i definitely have a buzz and am feeling really positive and motivated and can't wait for Wednesday to come for my next session.
WOW, i never thought i would ever have said something like that at my age:laugh::laugh::laugh:

Hang in there! The pain becomes much more manageable as you progress. The first couple of weeks are usually the hardest.
