Completed my first week of home fitness plan, still a bit of muscle ache and stiffness but still determined. Have upped my water intake to two and a half litres per day, am walking four miles twice a week along with fitness plan and heve lost three pounds in weight aand am eating o lot healthier, just got to keep going:big_smile:

Didn't realise that i was inspiring any one, all i know is that i am being inspired by you guys, if i am inspiring just one person, then brilliant, keep up the good work every one and let's all get fitter and stronger and slimmer together.
