i am going to start working out after wakeboarding this season i can tell i need to work out to improve my riding. the only weights i have is some dumb bells. i want to work my whole body, what should i do. i used to workout when i played basketball in high school so i know a little. i weight 203 and 5 10 in hieght and i would like to weight about 165. need help????

165 lbs seems a lil low... i used to be that weight and chicks would say i looked like a stick
