Hey there! I'm from Virginia and I have about 25 lbs to lose. I have already lost 55 through diet alone (weight watchers) and now I have hit a plateau and realize that weight training is the next step.
I also recently have started skating in a Roller Derby league (right now we are the hill city derby dollz....check us out at www.hillcityderbydollz.com.....we will have to change our name soon though)
I need to build up my endurance and strengthen my lower body and core while working on upper body as well.
I look forward to any training and/or nutrition advice to help me get in shape to kick some derby A**!!!!
