Hello guys. Thank you for accepting me at this site, I am very greatful and I currently have 1 day on my routine, so i'm starting. I would like to know, if I have to do cardio all 7 days, or 3 days between workouts, or 3 days after workouts (exactly after, finish workout, start cardio) ... When it is the best time to do cardio???
THANKS!!! =)

I was told its best to do cardio after you do weights and do cardio at least 3 to 4x a week for 30 to 45 min:)

If you do your cardio first thing in the morning (i.e. before breakfast) it will undoubtedly feel very very hard and you might not be able to go as hard and fast as you'd like but it really does you good for the rest of the day.
Evidence is that this will help raise your metabolism for the day which helps your body burn more fat. Personally I also find it peps me up a bit and makes me feel much better about myself for the day.

with regard to cardio, the experts say that the minimum needed is 3 times a week for 30 minutes each. If you are planning to do your ft workout and cardio in the same session, it is considered better to do the cardio after the ft workout and stretching. Good luck in your progress.

It may be difficult but it is possible
