OK, looking to cut some fat.
I will be eating high protein, healthy carbs and fats, and minimizing alcohol, and of course continuing my lifting and cardio. I was wondering if there are any supplements that will help me centralize the fat without risking muscle loss. I have about ten or so pounds to lose (abs, waist, handles of course).
Also, is it feasible to continue to lift and try to add strength/ lean muscle while also trying to cut the waist fat?
