I'm guessing you thought this'd be by a woman... I'm afraid not! I'm a new(ish) member, a 27 year old guy from the UK.
I'm getting married next May and am planning to having as close as possible to the body beautiful by then.
I'm currently not in too bad shape, being a runner (have done a load of half marathons, one marathon, loads of off-road stuff) but having had 3 months off with a knee injury.
I've joined FT in order ot get some routines which will keep me a bit more amused during my workouts which had got a bit stale by only doing the same things every time.
I plan on doing the FT programme for 3 mornings a week before work (can manage about 45 mins - an hour before work) along with my physio knee exercises one morning a week and a week-day morning run (about 5.5 miles) plus a longer weekend run whenever I can.
I'm not into the whole calorie-controlled dieting thing as frankly I enjoy making nice (healthy) food too much and feel it'd take some of the enjoyment out of it - plus I'm cooking for both me and my fiance so don't want to inflict that on her!
Anyone got any other extra tips on what I should be doing to trim down a little more and tone up a bit so I look and feel as good as possible on the big day?
