Hi,
I've jusat been given Dips, which I haven't done before, so I did my usual and followed the link to the description page, but nothing loads up on my browser:
http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/ExerciseDescription.jsp?e_name=Dips
I was hoping someone could give me a brief description if you don't mind.
Many thanks in advance,
Rob.

Movement Execution:
1. This movement is performed with parallel dips structure or machine. 2. Grasp the two handles with each hand. Raise and hold yourself at arms length. 3. Next, lower yourself down, bending at the elbows. Lower yourself to the point where you feel a stretch in your chest muscles, approximately where your arms form a 90 degree angle. Be sure to lean forward slightly. 4. Raise to your starting position. Repeat the movement.
Helpfull Hint:
This is a great basic exercise for your lower pectorals and triceps. The key to success in this exercise is to lean forward slightly to focus the work on your lower pectorals rather than your triceps. Also, for those more experienced, you may add weight to your waist with the aid of a specific belt which latches to your waist.
