I am a 22 yr old 178cms male (77kg and 33inch waist)..I want to reduce my fat % and tone up...also increase my muscle mass but i dont want to be too much muscular like body builders i want what they call the swimmers body...which of FT exercise and nutrition program shud i go for??
I am 32 yr old, female, and have Thyroid problem for the past 10 yrs. I exercise daily but keep gaining weight and difficult to loose even 1 kg. Please suggest a good diet plan and exercise routine.
I just finshed my first 8 week progressive program at intermediate. It work very well and is a great place to start. I did cardio after each work out for 1/2 to 1 hours and ended up losing 3% body fat. As for the health problem your best help would be to talk to a doctor and nutritones about what you are looking do. best of luck.
