Hi guys im new to training and new to this site :-)
I was wondering in the program I have constructed for myself using this site, when it says
set# repetitons
follow order target reps
1 20
2 12
3 11
4 10
Does it means first set 20 reps 2nd' set 12 reps etc etc?
or first set 20 reps 2nd' set 2 sets of 12 3rd set 3 sets of 11 etc etc?
Thanks for answering

They're listed in sequence - one set each of the target reps.

Your first answer (Does it means first set 20 reps 2nd' set 12 reps etc etc?) was the right one :)
