Hello fellow workout freaks,

I just started training some 3 weeks ago and allready have gained 2 kilo's in muscles but I totally lack the mass. I can see the defenition but to other people I still look skinny. Now my question, are there any good products out there that help you increase your weight bigtime(without the fat offcourse)??? I weigh about 67 kilo's and am looking to gain atleast 10 kilo's while still training intensively. I obviously have a natural nack for building muscle caus 2 kilo's in 3 weeks ain't nothing, this might be an initial jump I don't know, maybe after a while it won't be so much anymore.

Anyone with experience in this matter help me out,

Best regards

Nothing can replace food! Eat like a moose and train like a gorilla, and you'll gain 10 kilos in no time!

I have allready started going from my normal 3 meals a day to spreading it to 6-7 smaller meals a day but I feel this is not enough, ever since I started training I get so hungry after I get back from work that I wonder where all the food has gone:LOL: I guess I will have to eat somewhat bigger:) But really does it do so much then?? Also at my workplace I cannot take spaghetti and such, only sandwiches, so what do you recommend I eat caus I cannot start making shakes at work. I have to keep it low profile or they will start thinking I am nuts. I need normal food but good food. Any suggestions mate???

Fruits, oatmeal, chicken breasts, salads, rice, etc. Check out the different types of foods under the nutrition section, towards the bottom for some more ideas.

Good luck!

Well I guess I could take oatmeal to my company along with my sandwiches:):) Didn't think of this:) Caus bread alone tends to get tiresome.

Another thing, PATIENCE!!!!!! You just started working out three weeks ago!!!!! Rome wasn't build in one day and you'll definitely not going to look massive like Coleman after one month......

To build muscles you need three things: Work hard in the gym, eat like a bull and plenty of rest.
That's the key to the success.

Try reading a little bit about BB nutrition. I think you could learn lots of stuff. The right food with the right amount will give you the wanted results.
Good luck!!

Maybe she means bodybuilding. There are lots and lots of sites with nutritional info for bodybuilding. You could just do a search on your favorite search engine. You can also take a look at abcbodybuilding.com

well protien and carbs are the key to building mass eggs, brown rice, vedgetables, red meat, white meat, salads, milk, ohhh and water water water ohhh did i mention water :D
i have found that i have to eat anything in sight just about no junk food though to build mass and lift heavy weights as well and really push yourself because if you dont those excess carbs will be stored as fat = not good lol. i reccomend olive oil as your main source of fats when cooking also
