I am new and 51. Really want to live a healthy and active life. Love gym but the waistline is a problem lol. Any good advise how to get rid of it?:big_smile:
Hey :) I'm new too, just joined today. I've found yoga's a good way to tone up though, as long as you do it at least every other day. Plus it helps your flexibity, if you're after that. Lol. I try and do 10 minutes a day, and even that's been helpful with my tummy, but I also try and do a minimum 50 situps every other day. Not always hitting that goal, but it's helped. Lol
