1. NO Xplode has creatine in it, so do I rely on that for my creatine supplement?
2. It says I should take it 30 min-1 hr before a workout, and 2 hours after a meal. I work out before wok at 530 AM. Gievn that getting up to eat breakfast, waiting 2 hours and then taking NO Xplode, then wait another hour, I will be getting up at like 2 or 3 o'clock every morning, and that isnt an option. How, then, should I take it?
3.Is there any available without the poisinous sweeteners (ac-K and sucralose)?
