I am new to this whoel program, but I have signed up and gotten a fitness program and nutrition. However the fitness program doesn't talk about any cardio. How do I know what days to do cardio and how much? Also, it says how many reps to do, and then there is a space for you to enter reps. Is this for when you don't do the amount it requires. I am confused. Can someone help me.
The cardio can be done 3-5x per week. The spaces are to enter number of reps and weight used. Enter the reps even if you complete the total amt, this is for your own notes.
