If i put in "access to free weights only", and tick the box for the "muscle mass gain program" (or whatever it's called), why do most of the exercises involve machines? I have no problem substituting exercises, using the exxr directory, it just strikes me as odd. I'd call this a serious bug. I also think that the amount of repetitions are pretty high for a bulking program. I know I can do the first set as a warm-up, but *4* sets of an exercise? I wonder if that'd help me. What are your thoughts?
I thought so as well but I have felt it after each workout...but the diet plan is a little funny I am trying to loose some boday fat and they have me eating 5000cals a day!
