y wife has an account too but she unfortunatly dosent have the time i do to lurk. Basic specks me 6'1" 205 lbs not so interested in the scale but what the mirror tells me, id like to bulk up then tone down to get that cut look. looking to accomplish this by may/june 2010 wife 5'8" 130 lbs she is looking into toning up and losing the unsightly wave back trycepts biggest goal for both of us is kicking the smokes :( we both are on the personal exercist thing you offer and will be altering our diet this eekend after we eat all the old food out of the refer. proud owners of a newly constructed home and parents of two wonderful children. thus far i have found all my questions answered by previous posts but would love to be an active part of the online community! look forward to hearing from you all!! -------------- Nic and Christina "i run untill i can't breath, can't walk, can't move. Welcome to both of you, like you I'm pretty new too,but really like the idea that the site is very communal.
Good luck on both your goals, and yeah the smokes are a hard habit to tame, but stick at it and I'm sure you will succeed. |

it took me 12 months to lose 50 lbs.. that was a couple years ago tho i think 05? kept it off with diet but now im working out so all the chicks will dig me.....
ok i lied about the chicks digging me (love you baby) but it would be nice to mow the lawn without scaring all the small animals and children:big_smile: |

Im Trev my specs are; 23 yrs old Male 5ft 6' 88kgs ive got excess weight on tummy, man boobs and bum! Looking to lose the weight and then tone up to gain more confidence in my body. I currently play football twice a week but is not helping me :( I need help with the eating side and with the exersise plans. Hi Trevez and welcome to the site, there are loads of threads on diet, which will be crucial along with good exercise, you should read as much info as pos, info is
key to progression, if there is anything you don't understand or don't know, then ask on the boards, you will get answers from people who have all been there, it will be hard work and it will not happen over night, but it is a marathon not a 100 yard dash. Good luck and stick with it, it will pay off. |

I'm Joie almost 19 years old 172 lbs goal weight: 120ish I might need help sticking to the program but hopefully I'll lose the weight and become more confident :) I really want to be ready for the summer... no more hiding from the bikini... |

My name is Jim I am 30 Currently at 150, but want to be at at least 160 Want to gain muscle, but am considered a "hard gainer". I've been with this site for a few months, and follow the workouts at home listing. Intend to follow it, but need additional workouts, mainly for chest and shoulders. Any suggestions? :) |

hi, im 5'3, expecting my 3rd child in 7 weeks and know i cant deal with all the extra weight i will have. I am guessing i will weigh about 145-150 by the time the baby comes.. And I still had baby weight from the last one.. my normal weight is about 115-120. And i want to be back in shape by summer of 2010. So that will leave me with 3-3 1/2 months to lose weight and tone up any advice for hardcore weight lose and core strengthening??:big_smile:

Hello everyone.. I've just turned 30 weighing in at 290lbs. and looking to get back in shape. I'm tired of seeing this fat on my body. Its just not how I see myself so I'm looking for any advice or tips anyone may have on reaching my goal of just looking good and in shape. I'm not worried about my weight as long as its muscle mass and not fat :)

OK, I will. I am Stephen. I have a few fitness type goals. One is to max my army Phys Fitness test for my 45 YR age group (14 minute 2 miles, about 70 push-ups in 2 minutes and about 70 sit-ups in two minutes. Another goal I have is to compete (exclusively for personal satisfaction) in the Men's Fitness Urbanathalon in Chicago 16 Oct.-------------- Thanks for viewing my post and feel free to drop a comment in my inbox and say hi. |

Hi,
My name is Jessica... I have 3 daughters, 7 yrs, 5 yrs, and 1 yr old. I fell off the wagon a few months ago, I had been going to the gym regularly 3-5/week, but stoppped I am ready to get back on, when I was going to the gym I lost all of the baby weight I gained, plus an extra 15lbs, I would still like to loose about 10-15 lbs, and tone up especially in the belly area. |
