Healthy food for an extended road trip?

I am trying to get into shape and have a ten hour road trip in front of me. Finding healthy food on the go is not easy, so I figured I'd just bring my won. I will not have room for a cooler, but I want to bring healthy food with me for the trip, basically a healthy lunch and dinner. For snacks I can bring chicken jerky, sunflower seeds and a banana/apple. Trying not to break the diet.

Suggestions?

Sounds like you're on the right path. Have the nuts and seeds in moderation.

don't forget the water!!!! Hard boiled eggs work good also. with a few cans of tuna. Have a safe trip to your destination!
