I am trying to get into shape and have a ten hour road trip in front of me. Finding healthy food on the go is not easy, so I figured I'd just bring my won. I will not have room for a cooler, but I want to bring healthy food with me for the trip, basically a healthy lunch and dinner. For snacks I can bring chicken jerky, sunflower seeds and a banana/apple. Trying not to break the diet.
