Protien timing and adding to workouts

right now im taking 3 scoops of my protein powder a day, one right after my work out and 2 before bed, and i was wondering would i benefit from it more if i took say; one in the morning, one after work out (7pmish) and one before bed.


also the workout plan that was worked up for my seemed pretty light, and trouble adding extra curriculars?
