Hi, I'm Taylor. I'm not a "health nut" nor am I a couch potato, but know that I'm not healthy for my age. At 17 your supposed to be active and excited. I'm excited. . . just not active.:( I mean I never usually have time for exercise and workouts. I have to study and to (impossible) homework. I maintain a 3.47 G.P.A and I do a good job at it. . . It's just the weight I can't maintain. I walk to school everyday, and I usually walk in school, but my classes are 70 mins. long and we never do any physical activity. I had P.E as a freshmen. . . I hated it! But I mean who didn't hate gym? Me, I usually did the bare minimum and passed with a D+. I don't like physical activity, but if I want the prom dress of my dreams I guess a couple of inches wouldn't hurt. :) I'm just trying to get ready for college and the life ahead that I will face after I graduate this year. . . Any advice on what I should do to prepare myself for this workout plan?

Three words in order of importance: DIET,strength training, cardio. You have to be willing to do the work if you want to improve your fitness. Everyone can find an extra half hour, a couple times per week.
