i have been working out my abs for about 3 weeks now.....in those 3 weeks i have been eating the same and have not changed my diet. one day i will see nice definition and the next day the definition seems to vanish almost completely. is that normal ?
I think when you workout a lot some fluid in your move shifts... so when you work your abs a lot there will be some fluid that will stay in that general area the next day and so on... although i'm not sure.. I never read too much on this...
