The healthy average is two to three pounds per seek. Soo... some math says that's 32 to 48 pounds. Yes, it's apparently doable.. BUT you need to very careful on what it is you do with food and exercise. Be very disciplined and it can be accomplished.

You have to be in to your diet 100% and exercise. I have lost 30lbs as of today, and started April 28. You have to be disiplined as Tim said. Think of all the fat and processed foods as being poison! The eating well become habit. Even your mouth will feel cleaner! What did I just type??

I took the first step already and had a colon hydrotheray to clean my insides out and bought only healthy food to eat veggies ham cheese fruits yogurt, protien shakes. I will start the gym by tuesday hopefully and we shall see the results.

These types of changes don't happen over night. Make room in your calorie budget for a treat now and then to avoid burning out. Also if you fall off the wagon just jump back on. Fitness is a very forgiving bandwagon to get back on.
